The day begins with a rich buffet breakfast served from 7.30am to 10am, prepared by our kitchen using fresh, seasonal produce, with both sweet and savoury options. A chef is also on hand to prepare eggs and crepes to order, accompanied by fresh orange juice, espresso or cappuccino.

Dinner is served from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and offers a rich buffet with numerous savoury and sweet specialities. Our chef’s passion for the local area guides him in his choice of ingredients and in the creation of dishes that highlight Alpine traditions, reinterpreted with taste and creativity.

The Principi’s bar is the ideal place to take a break in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfectly in keeping with the elegant Alpine style of the hotel.

During the day, it is the place to go for a pleasant coffee break: espresso, creamy cappuccinos, tea and small treats to enjoy in a relaxing environment after a morning of skiing or a walk in the mountains.

In the late afternoon, the bar becomes the perfect place for a rich aperitif, with a selection of wines, cocktails and appetisers to share with friends.

The guides choose the routes every day based on the participants’ abilities and the current snow conditions.
You can ski for an entire week without ever repeating the same descent!
The vertical drop of the runs depends on the skill of the participants and varies from 1,600 to 800 meters.
On a typical day, you can easily reach 5,000 vertical meters of skiing.
