CAPANNA KIND REFUGE
A refuge in the heights on the slopes of Sportinia, offering a wide choice of dishes for an excellent lunch on the ski runs. The staff is always available and friendly, as living signs of a tradition of quality and courtesy.
PUNTO D’INCONTRO REFUGE
The Punto d’Incontro Refuge is located at the end of the line of the ovovia lift that departs from Sestriere, and the Rio Nero chairlift from Salice, which are the only ways to reach the refuge in winter. Here you can recover your strength with typical local dishes. The Refuge is located right on the summit of Mount Fraiteve (elevation 2,702 meters), and overlooks the ski slopes of San Sicario.
CAPANNA MOLLINO REFUGE
THE REFUGE IS ALSO OPEN FOR DINNER WITH POSSIBILITY OF CLIMB BACK UP BY SNOWMOBILE OR SNOWCAT
You can reach Capanna Mollino, a beautiful chalet at an elevation of 2,300 meters, with our snow cat that is nicely equipped for comfortably transporting people to romantic dinners or unforgettable parties with friends. After dinner you can head down with your own skis and enjoy the descent in the company of an expert guide.
TRECEIRA REFUGE
This refuge was built out of the Treceira chairlift station that was dismantled a few years ago after decades of memorable service. The inside of the restaurant is designed and decorated with photos and old chairs from the lift to recall the historic installation. It offers a wide variety of self-service products, but its real speciality is pancakes.
